This number called me claiming to be O2 and I have them a 6 code and the call ended. it dawned on me that this might be fraud 

 

I need to protect my account 

This was the number - 020 3129 8786 when I call back, it doesn’t ring

Block the number and report it free to 7726.
Don’t ever give out any information or answer questions on a cold call.

Change your My O2 password immediately

Check recent orders and that your address hasn't been changed @Petra1

Yeah, unfortunately the 6 digit code is all they need to order goods, change address and mess around with other account options 

As said, change password pronto, and check no orders have been made.
