I'm in france can I get a bolt on for cheaper calls and texts?

All contracts have a free European travel bolt on which is the cheapest you can get with O2. Might be cheaper to use a local SIM in your phone though.

What difference does it make? PAYG is covered by O2 Travel as well....

Payg wont have any inclusive minutes and is charged differently
