Hi everyone, I recently lost my phone and reported it to 02.
The taxi company I used returned my phone 2 days later. Unfortunately I can not get through to get it unlocked, any ideas? It's an Huawei P30 Pro.

Only customer services can do this.
Keep trying.
When you do get through, they will need to unblock your phone, AND unblock your account.
There are two bars and only when both are removed will everything work.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
