Hi,

On Thursday the 11th I signed up to a new phone contract for the Galaxy S21 Ultra.

I recieved my confirmation email but since I have not recieved any more information.

They charged me £205 including a £30 deposit in there due to my credit rating and said it would take 24 hours to review and by which time I'd expect to have heard back, at least one email.

It is now the 17th, almost been a week. I don't even have any products or services on my 'track my order' seciton of my account.

I phoned up about it but got put on hold when it seemed like I was getting somewhwere and then it hung up on me.

Does anyone know any info/have the same experience that may help to understand why it's taking so long?

Thanks.

@CJBlack21

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
Also try 0800 977 7793

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
