Hello
I pay a regular amount each month for my tarriff (I have paid off the phone), but I've just checked my bank account and O2 are taking a 'first payment' out tomorrow for about £6 more than my usual monthly charge. Firstly I'm unsure as to why this is down as a 'first payment' and secondly, why I am being charged a higher amount? I can only assume this is because of the new financial year, but I cannot recall being sent anything about this (I have checked my emails to make sure).
Any help would be appreciated as I haven't managed to get through to O2 this afternoon.
