Hi o2, I have just been moved over from Virgin to o2. I've had my last direct debit from Virgin for period 24 May 2023 to 25 June 2023 invoice of £14.40. I have also had direct debit from o2 for £10.47 date issue 25 June until 25 June and notification of one for 25 July to 24 August for £11.77 to be paid 8 August 16 days before you will know what I may have spent ?? Can you please explain,

You pay O2 a month in advance for your base tariff. Any extra charges incurred will be added to next months bill.

I too have just been moved over from VM to O2 and my bill with VM was always £10.47. Now it has gone up to £11.77 despite no extra usage 🤔 It is frustrating when you are on a tight budget ...
