Why was my first bill two weeks after I got my new phone? and shouldn't my minutes/texts/data be reset after it's been paid?

Your bill is produced a few days after you joined and paid 14 days later resets on next bill production date.

Just check in myo2 for the dates

A blank text to 21202 will also give you your remaining allowances and your renewal date.
