Will i be charged my first months bill if i cancel my contract within the 14 day period?

If not used there is no charge.

It's all a matter of timing. If you return within the 14day change of mind policy and you haven't used the phone at all, you should have all payments returned.

If you have used the phone, then you will be charged for any airtime usage.
