@mattlaw42

If you set up a direct debit you don't need to make a payment.

However, I would check with your bank that a DD has actually been set up to take payment.

If not you need to contact O2

Well I have been with O2 for two years and my bills are taken out direct debit so even though I have switched to refresh it should still be ongoing its just basically a different tariff?

Yes @mattlaw42  it should. As said the direct debit will take your payment.

I thought you may have been a new customer with a new account, that's all.
