First bill is charging for days before my phone arrives

Anonymous
Not applicable

I just got an email about my first bill, and it includes charges for the days before my phone is due to arrive (tomorrow):

"It might seem higher than what you expected. That's because we've included the few days before your first bill and your next month's line rental in advance."

Yes its higher than I expected, because I haven't got my phone yet!

How do I ask for a correct bill?

They always do that when you start a new contract but best bet is to contact cs on 202, all contact information is in contact us at bottom of page. Don't use web chat for accounts queries though as they only read from a script & won't actually be of any help
