Hi all,
My first bill was generated a few days after I took out my contract - 12th July - so I am expecting the first DD to come out tomorrow. For the past few days on my O2 app my airtime bill has had a green 'paid' icon above the total. However, when you I click on view bill, it still says Balance Due £15. Then, if I go to make a payment, is says Balance £0.
What does all this mean? Is it saying paid because the DD has been requested by O2 but not debited from my bank account yet?
Thanks!

When the bill date falls over the weekend or on a Monday, banks will allocate funds on the Friday before. O2's system sees this as paid because the bank reports sufficient reserved funds.
Your bank account will update today to show the payment has gone out.

Your first Bill is generated then has to be paid 14 days after.
I would wait until all payment taken, then reboot the phone.

Hey @hopeleanne23 were you able to figure this one out?

The payment came out today so I assume all is well and the early paid status indicated that the DD had been requested over the weekend
