First Billed Twice in the first month why?

 

08th-24thOCT 2013 why is this?

 

Why is it £17.55p rather than what I bought into just £17? VAT?

 

As theres no contact via email for new customers (you have to input a previous Direct Debit date) I'm finding the urge to send my new phone back and start with a rival very tempting.

 

Thanks in advance I'm new to 02.

You have been charged a pro rata amount from when you took the contract out it will sort itself out on the second bill you won't end up paying more than your supposed to

Your first bill includes a pro rata payment upto your first normal billing date which is then paid a month in advance.
