Hi, my current contract is due on th 5th January. I would like to move to different network as I have problems with network coverage in my home and work. Also the offer from O2 to keep me in is a joke.

When could I cancel my contract and when request PAC code? Can I do it before 5th January or wait until that? Is my contract going to be terminate or do I have to cancel it?

Cheers

A PAC lasts for 30 days so really it's up to you when you ask. Just be aware that using a PAC now may mean paying termination fees.

@topmek You should make sure your phone is unlocked, and also try Pay & Go sims from the other networks to see which one gives you the best coverage before you switch.
