I cannot get full details of my O2 monthly account - only Account Summary which gives my username and mobile phone number. Has anyone else had this problem or has anyone got any advice on how to sort out please?

Is this a new account and have you always hadthis problem?
Check with customer service that you are using the correct details to sign in with. They may have set it up differently.
