@S4ms4m223 You need to speak to customer service to arrange a payment plan. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus Call. Don't use Live Chat. Do it today. There will be restrictions on your phone use, but that's better than being disconnected and a negative mark on your credit rating.

Call 202 and ask to speak to the payment management team. They will arrange a payment plan that will be affordable to you. Please don't worry, many people have this problem especially in these uncertain tines.
