I need to upgrade my handset mid contract. The monthly payments available to me through myO2 as an upgrade are far too pricey so I want to pay off my contract and go through a third party. I cannot obtain a figure/method of payment to finalise my contract through myO2. The wait for 202 is far too long and is of no assistance when trying to tell the automated system what you want to do. Clearly O2 are making it as difficult as possible for me to leave and the community is of no use as all the O2 staff reply to these previous questions via DM which makes the whole point of the community totally pointless. Very frustrating O2!
