Hi

i I have been sent a final bill from you and astonishingly you owe me £2.54.

it say on the email to go to My o2 to request a refund but I am unable to log in to my account on the app, I have logged in on line but I assume you have to go to the app to look at bills

can you help

You will need to call o2 and speak to the Payment Team on 0800 902 0217
