Final bill unable to view

My wife has recently transferred to another network using a PAC code. Her account was linked to my account and they could both be viewed on my login. As soon as she transferred her account has disappeared. I've received an email from o2 to say the final bill is available but I've no way of viewing this. There are two disconnected bills on my account but clicking on these results in an error message.

Am I missing something?!

The disconnected account should still be accessible - I have 2 that finished years ago but I can still see the final bill on each.
May be best if you call CS and ask them to look at it for you.
