Hi,
I've just received my final bill and it is in credit. The email states to complete a form at www.o2.co.uk/finalbillrefund which does not work, nor does another link in other forum questions of https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=34
Can someonw please help with providing a valid link?

I really wish we would be advised of any changes to the website. Providing a lot of links seems pointless if we don't know whether they work or not...

We've got the confirmation that the Final Bill Refund Form is no longer available. They are already working on a new system to improve the quality of this service.
However, while moving to the new system, the faster way to get your refund @Anonymous and @Anonymous is to get in touch with Customer Service. They would be happy to help you with the refund!
(Note: Anything over £20 will get auto refunded)
