Hi I left o2 on the 12th of September. My final bill was in credit by around £25. I read online it takes 30 days after final bill but ive still not received it. When I access the bill it says it was paid on 24th of October but its not in my bank, ive not changed any payment details. I cant access live chat due to no longer being an o2 customer, ive tried calling and get no where due to my phone number no longer being active. does anyone know what else I can do?

It can take 14 working days from when it says it was paid to actually been in your bank account, so if it isnt there in another 2 weeks then you will need to call o2 on 0800 902 0217 which is the payment management team
