Why can't I get a straight answer to where is my final bill, I cancelled my contract on 5 August 2024.

It is normally 14 working days after you cancel you account with o2, so it should drop any day now..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
