@Phone97 Do not cancel your Direct Debit until you've paid your final bill and it shows as zero. If you do a search you will see how many people have been caught out and had their credit rating negatively affected because they stopped their DD too soon. People have lost mortgage approvals because of it. There's no rush to cancel the DD. If you don't owe anything, nothing will be taken from your account.
