Hi. After cancelling my contract I was disconnected on 4th Feb 2022. Unable to view final bill online or via the app.
Pay manually so no DD active. How can I view my final bill so I can pay it?

You won't be able to view what you owe. If you aren't paying by Direct Debit you need to contact O2 and pay over the phone.
You need to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202 (or Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call
