Hi, maybe someone on here can advise me as anytime I use the chat feature regarding this issue I cannot get an answer.
I paid off my old device 3 weeks ago (which was on a refresh contract with o2 direct), took out the new contract with Carphone Warehouse (still on o2). Once my new phone arrived, I got my original phone number transferred
A payment for my old phones tariff/device was taken out of my account, I was told this would be refunded when the "final bill" comes out but nobody can tell me when/how I will recived this final bill? I was told the bill/refund would happen 2nd March but nothing.
I have searched before and seen that a form had to be filled out but that link no longer worked
Can anyone please advise? Thanks

It's normally 14 days to get a refund

You’ll get your final bill 14 days after you’re disconnected.
If your Direct Debit is still active, we’ll take the money from your account as normal. If you've cancelled your Direct Debit then you’ll need to call us to pay your final bill.
You can check your final bill online in My O2, but not in the My O2 app, as it will stop working once you’re disconnected.
Your final bill might be higher than your previous bills as it includes:
Sometimes your final bill can be produced in credit. If this happens, take a look at our Final bill refund page for more information.

Hi thanks very much for the replies, I should have definitely got my refund before now as it is almost 6 weeks.
I called 202 and they confirmed I was owed money, and it would go into my bank account within 7 days. That was 2 weeks ago, still no sign and my next bill is still the usual amount with no deduction.

Hi, I have recently cancelled 1 of my 3 phone contracts with O2, and I have been notified of a final bill. As the number and bill doesn't appear in my O2 account, I have tried to call on 3 different numbers to get through to O2, so that I can get a refund, as my DD is cancelled. The automated agent doesn't help and no one picks up live chat. Do you have an email address that can contact them on as 4 calls and an hour waiting isn't acceptable? Thanks, Gordon (O2 for years and tears too :-()
