I have tried all morning to order a new phone for hubby for christmas, I can't order the item as my postcode is invalid (we're on a new build estate) - I have spent ages on chat with poor Barnaby from I can only guess Timbukto - as I am constantly being told that I need to check the postode as it's invalid - no it's not, it's just new (well we've lived there for nearly 3 months!) The postcode has been registered with Royal Mail.
Because I can't fill in the address part manually I can't complete the order. I can't order the item to be delivered to a different address as the card I am trying to use to purchase the item is registered at my new address, which isn't recognised - arrrggghhh !
Will the shop price match and give me a voucher for £20 to boot - heaven knows, I've rang a number of times, but the phone just rings off the hook... sick as fook so if I don't get an online price/deal match in the store, I'll end up at Argos !!!

It seems the O2 postal data base is not updated regularly and there have been many people with the same problem. Ring the store to see if they will price-match the online offers.

As a family member to order it to their home and give them the cash.
i don't see an 02 high street store price matching the online price.
There almost two divisions of the same company etc
