I have just tried phoning live chat and I cannot get through it keeps putting up a message which reads
something like chat key does not correspond with user key!
What am I doing wrong?

I was trying to find out why my favourite places was not working as it should. I am supposed to get free calls to landlines and o2 numbers from my home address but I am not and have not been getting them for the last few days. I have just got a reminder to top up by the 4th of Dec to get the next 500mins of free calls, I still have over 400 left usually I would have about 50.

I have requested that your post be moved to a new thread, as it isn't connected to the subject of this one, but before they do that, firstly, what phone do you have, and secondly, if these calls are from a mobile, why should your location have anything to do with it?

What you're doing wrong is trying to contact Live Chat. Have you not read the previous posts in this thread? If what you're looking for is more problems, then keep on trying to contact them that way.
Other alternatives are calling Customer Service on 202 if you're a Pay Monthly customer, or 4445 if you're Pay & Go, or ask your question here, preferably by starting another thread so it doesn't get muddled with this one. This is a customer to customer forum, but there are a few people here who might be able to answer your question, if it isn't account related.

right I'm a bit rusty with pay and go, but I'll have a go.. Got a load of questions though...
what tariff r u on?what kind of numbers are u calling? U haven't changed address have you, still same post code?
There is not a lot more than basic stuff that I can do, the rest involves systems, and for that u need to call 4445
