I am on a 24 mth contract that's up for renewal at the end of Dec but my phone has occurred a fault, will o2 still send it off for fixing?

Most phones have a two year warranty apart from iPhone's. What phone do you have?

We would always advise contacting the manufacturer for repairs as we hear some horror stories surrounding o2's repairers.
