Faulty Phone Replacement

Hi all.

I've an Oppo Reno 4 Pro 5G for less than a year and have started to experience a number of issues - charging point not keeping charger/headphones in place, loss of VOOC charging and phone not restarting when rebooting.  And now the battery seems to drain pretty quickly.  Anyway, I need to send the phone off for repair but was wondering if O2 provide a replacement handset whilst the phone is off for repair?  I don't particularly trust Oppo to repair quickly as the other support i've received from them to date has been dreadful.

 Thanks!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
