I have recently upgraded to the Samsung galaxy S20 but the headphones i received have never worked. I assume a manufacturing fault? I have been trying it get in contact to have these replaced but no luck. Please can you help? I wouldn't normally mind but with this phone I can't use normal headphones I need the special port. Thank you slight_smile - Laurie

You would need to persist with customer services as you need a replacement.

Samsung will replace them if you contact their support via the Samsung website.
