All faults or maintenance can be found here https://status.o2.co.uk/

That is all O2 tell us.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You probably know that you can report faults here too then https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network but if you're leaving there's probably no point.

Mobile Phone Masts cant control, what services you access, so doubt its a phone mast issue, but either a handset or account issue.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Probably of limited value if you wish to tether, but some places offer better 3G performance at times than 4G - too many people using the 4G signal.

If your account and tariff permit tethering, then it's worth setting your phone to 3G/2G/Auto rather than the default (4G/3G/2G/Auto) setting under SIM and Network.
