Fast Track Upgrades are back...

At Last. I used this feature 24months ago and then they stopped it. Can be done instore or over the phone when upgrading to O2 Refresh. Pay a small fee to upgrade slightly early. Nice.

Yes, it does appear to have returned.

Yes, O2 are discounting 25% off the cost too. Might be a good time for customers to trade in their phones and upgrade slight_smile

Saw this yesterday when I was checking my minutes. I was thinking about going down a tariff but now thinking about upgrading to 02 Refresh with the discount... Hmmm. If I was to downgrade my tariff anyway would the fast track upgrade to 02 Refresh disappear? I'm not sure if it's available to everyone on a monthly contract or just people with certain tariff's on a 24 (& 18) month contract....

Its available for customers on 18 month deals too however they must sign up to a 24 month Refresh tariff. You could downgrade your tariff but you would need to wait until your next billing date for that to take effect.
