Family plan

I have text twice to get the family plan discount. I have had a live chat and made 3 phone calls. All unsuccessful. O2 promised these discounts when I upgraded 3 phones. They are now giving me the runaround. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Same here.  Upgrades set up with Family Plan and data sharing - none of which is functioning. I've just had to shell out another £10 on extra data I shouldn;t have had to.  Poor poor service

@Z232 you need to get that corrected and charges refunded by calling customer service on 202.
