Hi @StuartJ there is o2 help here

https://www.o2.co.uk/family-plan But you’ll need to call customer service on 202 for account help please.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

It hasn't worked for us either - now comes the frustrating bit of sorting it out - it all seemed so easy.

@MI5I thought this Family plan was being integrated into your O2 open and other discounts?

Or am I thinking of something completely different?

Thought so.

@Martin-O2I thought you were amalgamating your article on the new Family plan into O2 Open?

I think you also txt family to 2020 from both phones then follow what it says and if I'm right I don't think you can do it with new handsets
