Family discount

Anonymous
Not applicable

I recently noticed this new discount for families on O2.  Myself and my two sons are on O2 but we don’t qualify for the discount as we have not taken out NEW deals.

We have been with O2 for years and I am upset that loyal customers don’t qualify.  Very ironic that to apply you type the word LOYALTY.

Has anyone else tried to get this deal and not qualified despite being with O2 for years.

It's only available to new or upgraded contracts and must be applied for within the first 30 days so you can apply when your contracts are upgraded.

Thank you for replying.  I understand the rules they have set.  My point is that loyal customers should come first.  We should automatically be given this and not have to renew or wait to renew.  They’re treating new customers better than me. It makes me mad enough to leave.

Sadly there is no such thing as customer loyalty with O2,  in relation to matters like this.

No matter how long you have been with them, O2 promote a fair use for all policy....
