Family and friends discount of 20% on mobile no. [Personal details removed] and [Personal details removed] have not bee applied to 13 March 2022 billing. 

I was informed that will get £2.00 per month off on mobile no. [Personal details removed]

and £1.20 off on mobile no. [Personal details removed].

Please advise.

Please remove your mobile numbers and account number from your post (click on the down arrow and edit) 

as you are liable if someone uses your details to scam you, as this is a public forum and not o2 customer services.
