Slightly curious re the Family Plan offer as those long term customers with contracts , I now three family members under the account, from before its introduction a couple of months ago cannot benefit from the aur time savings whilst new customers do - perverse you don't reward loyalty! Remember mortgage companies going through this isssue several years ago the. Realising keeping customers is invaluable and cheaper than getting new customers - be good if O2 rectify this

If you joined before the family plan was introduced you could have claimed the additional line discount, but it’s too late now as it has to be within the first 30 days.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
