Family Plan no discount applied after 9 months

Hi all first time here
I upgraded my own phone, my sons and daughters plus ipad in December last year, was talked in store into taking more expensive phone for children on pretence of receiving discount on family plan. I text the number given and twice was told to wait 3 days but I have yet to receive any discount despite calling, going into store etc
Please can anyone tell me how to receive discount? I'd imagine by now it would be worth over £100 over the 4 accounts. TIA x

Might be a bit of a stretch now as discounts need to be applied within 28 days

I did first make contact within about 5 days with O2 I text the number given to me instore twice and received a reply saying they would be in touch within 3 working days then nothing. Been arguing ever since! Store says they can't do anything! I pay almost £200 to O2 each month across 5 contracts so they get plenty from me!! Thanks all appreciate your help.
