Family Discount

Have sent a text with family O2 mobile numbers to 21500 but the response is the numbers aren't correct have checked and resent but still getting the same response. What do I do next as we are still being charged the full monthly amount?

You need to ask customer service to add the numbers for you. This feature has always played up online.
