Family Bolt On

Anonymous
Not applicable

I am still being billed for the Family Bolt On even though I asked O2 to remove it in June.  Every time I ring them or speak to them on Chat they said it is pending - it only should take 30 days to remove!!  Has anyone else had this problem and how did they resolve it with O2.  Do I need to go to the Ombusman to deal with them?

Make a complaint, that usually sorts out any ongoing issues.

Can you not cancel it yourself from your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 ?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Unfortunately I have tried cancelling it myself but that won't work as all it says is pending which is what O2 did their end.  Thank you for your help.

@Anonymous then definitely follow the complaints route, it's unusual that going through complaints will not resolve an issue (but not unheard of). In any case you have to follow the instructions in that link I gave you before you can take it to the ombudsman.
