You can try these 0800 numbers. Can't guarantee that any of them work, but it won't cost you anything to try:

0800 0321402

0800 9777702

0800 9777027

0800 0890217

0800 064 3535

0800 0890291

0800 0891520

08000288151

If you manage to get through, it may not be the right department, but if you get a sympathetic soul on the other end, they might transfer the call for you. Certainly worth a try.

You'll have to impart a little more information than that for anyone to comment on it. We are all customers here.

You have already posted the same thing in another thread. It's best to keep everything all in one place so as not to confuse anyone reading your posts.

I was told that i would get vouchers taking out a contract over the phone even though i told the sales man i had been told i could only get the voucher taking out a contract online. He assured me multiple times that was not the case. After taking out the contract ive had lots of hassle with being to,d the sales man lied about the vouchers. I was told to refuse delivery of the phone and that the contract would get cancelled. Im not failing credit check when i try to take out a new contract when i had perfect credit rating before all of this happened

Your best bet would be to list everything in a letter to complaints http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain
As we are all customers here it isn't something we can help with, sorry.
