I was told that i would get vouchers taking out a contract over the phone even though i told the sales man i had been told i could only get the voucher taking out a contract online. He assured me multiple times that was not the case. After taking out the contract ive had lots of hassle with being to,d the sales man lied about the vouchers. I was told to refuse delivery of the phone and that the contract would get cancelled. Im not failing credit check when i try to take out a new contract when i had perfect credit rating before all of this happened

Ive have contacted them multiple times and they dont care one bit. By putting it on here someone may have had the same experience and be able to help me with who is best to contact that will avtually help me
