Hi I am bein charged £4.50 on bona fide mobile lt when I have never even heard of it

@Dbada Is this a single charge, or have you been receiving these charges for some time? If the charges started later than May last year there should have been a two-factor authorisation of the charge. A PIN number would have been sent to your phone and that would have been entered on a website to start the charges. If this did't happen the charges were unlawful. You are entitled to ask for proof that you consented to the charges in this way.
