I'm on simplicity and that's meant to have unlimited texts but i've just received a text from O2 stating i've got under 100 texts left and once that's gone i've gotta pay 12p a text! Any help..

The defintion of "unlimited" is agreed with Ofcom so no luck with any complaints there.

 

Pay and Go limit is around 2990 and Pay Monthly around 10,000.

Up to you but that's not a good reason to change networks, it does state that it is subject to fair useage so read thoroughly next time, this wont be able to get you out of a contract for free if that's what your hoping for
