Fair usage policy - On & On Tariff

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi All,

I am on Pay monthly On & ON tariff with unlimited minutes and text. They say that a fair usage policy guides the unlimited usage. Any idea how many minutes and texts ?  I don't text much, so interested in the allowance of minutes.

If they wanted us to know the figures they would publish them, so you would have to ask O2.

I took unlimited plan because I can call my friends and family abroad.  I need atleast 2,000 to 3,000 minutes.  Average they should provide 2 hours a day. If you can't make 2 hours a day on an unlimited plan, it isn't fair.

Yes it's UK calls only. The International bolt on states 3000 minutes quite clearly.

I use a calling card to call abroad. For UK minutes, the fair usage policy does not talk about minutes.

In that thread some people reported it as 12,000 minutes. slight_smile

For international bolt-on, it is 3000 minutes.

I think you'll find that's texts not minutes.

That was a recently new poster who may well have it wrong, many O2 staff don't know the limits.

So is it 3,000 minutes ?

I had a chat with an O2 guy, he said it depends. If I call more than 20 different numbers and exceed 3000 minutes then they may review my connection.
