Failing security check with carphone warehouse

tried to get the S7 on a monthly contract with carphone warehouse and they said i failed their security checks and that i shoud contact o2. I contacted o2 and they said to contact carphone warehouse.. anyone experienced this issue?

Then I guess it's to do with your address or name on electoral roll etc.

Just wondering if the op has attempted to get credit elsewhere recently? If they have tried and been refused for anything this could be a reason for failing a credit check...

As it was the OP's first try at getting a phone on contract with CPW they wouldn't have had a password. @Anonymous do you have all the different types of documentation that I suggested you take with you?
