Failed porting Multiple times

Hello please could someone help me. Ported number from another network a few months back. Number ported successfully and everything worked for a short while. In November I wasn’t receiving text messages. Called o2 and was advised to reset my network. Then was advised it was an Apple product issue. In the end after a long process of going back and forth I was told it was a porting issue and this was fixed in the 2nd week of January. 2 months without text messages. Everything worked fine for 4 weeks and now I am unable to receive calls. I can make calls but when someone tries to call me they get a message saying this number is not in service. I’m getting very frustrated as I use this number for work so I can pay my way through life. Is their a permanent fix or do I have to keep going back and forth every couple of weeks to sort this issue?

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
