How can I speak with someone in payment team , if my handset and sim have been restricted.

Due to covid 19 and emergency cesarean I haven't been able to pay.
I dont want my contract to be terminated.

I can clear full amount in about 30 days

Please someone help

I literally can't even call 202 from my phone it just says call ended 😐

How does the Skype thing work in more detail please

The numbers I gave you can be called from any phone and the Skype help is also included in the link.

If you don't have another phone to call from and if Skype isn't familiar to you, I'll ask @O2Georgina to see if she can help you.

MI5 yes unfortunately no other phones to call from and no I have never used Skype.

If you could see if @O2Georgina could help that would be fantastic.
