Had family sharer plan with EE (good days).
So thought would move to get the VM/O2 volt deal (double BB and data).
Get told have to do 4 seperate registrations. Worked for 2 (Mrs and Mine), failed on son (not 18), tried adding to mine and got same failure.
As well as our credit scoring system, we use business policies to check all new applications. This time, you didn’t meet the minimum level.
Tried Visa card, same. Spoke to O2 in store and get told you should of added all to basket and done one checkout. But that's not possible with the special £6 sim link...
So 2+ weeks later tried again and got the same....
So done credit check with ClearScore UK and got 814/1000. We have no debts/overdraft used, only mortgage, both employed, some savings/ISA etc.
Crazy... So looks like min a day off to speak to O2 and Equifax and be bounced around. Guess move back to EE....
Any ideas? They should do a family share plan where account holder pays. Credit card wise we have join debit and join visa card (never really use visa as only buy if have the money).

A credit score is a made up number done to sell you products by the CRA's and o2 will look at your credit file, and they dont like something they got back
o2 can do business and accept the risk they are comfortable with, they do not have to give you any more contracts or extend credit to you.
Your only option is to wait 30 days and try again, and see if it changes, but each time you try it will put a mark on your credit report. If you are over the 14 days for and to move back to EE you will need to cancel your contract / get a PAC code and pay off any termination fees.
