Failed Credit Check

Hi. My credit check for a monthly contract keeps being declined for unknown reasons. At first it was because I was not on the electoral role. Now I am registered so that shouldn’t be an issue. I tried again to be accepted for a monthly contract and was declined. My credit score is almost perfect and I can’t think of a reason why I would be rejected. Are you able to provide the credit check agency details so  no I can ask them?

There's no way to find out the exact reason why but you ideally need to be on the electoral register for 3 years before O2 will accept you.
