When I ordered my Samsung S23 it came with an offer of free Galaxy Earbuds after 30 days of contract. Its been about 6 weeks now and I haven't had a code yet. Is there a time frame or a way to see when I will be sent the code to claim the ear buds please?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Hi there you don't receive a code to claim the Samsung buds you need to go to Google and type in Samsung bud offer o2 claim form then u will have to fill in the form it will ask all the usual questions then imei number and then you have to upload a copy of ur receipt to the claim for then after 60 day approx it will be approved and the bud will be sent out

I don't think this is correct. You need a code from o2 so you can add the earbuds to your basket and then the code makes the price reduce to £1.

Im still waiting for mine, waited 30 days and told on twitter I would receive a code within 48 hours. That was 4 days ago. Pretty poor service tbh.

After 17 phone calls to o2 and 8 to Samsung, I am now getting rather annoyed! this is what o2 sent me to verify that I was part of the promotion. Samsung have stated that ONLY o2 can give me that claim/voucher number and that they should honour the terms on which they sold me the S23 Ultra. There is no help desk for this promotion as it should all be done through their shop page.
